We just had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, right on the lake. We enjoyed taking walks along the shore and even had a picnic by the water. The atmosphere here is so peaceful and beautiful, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind.

This hotel is also a great place for families to stay.

The breakfast, beautiful location, good food and walkable environment make Hooks Herrgard Manor a delightful place to stay.

I had an unforgettable stay by the lake. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and it was a pleasure taking walks and picnics outside. The breakfast served was very good, and it’s impressive how clean the hotel facilities were. Additionally, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating during my visit.

We had a fantastic stay by the serene lake, surrounded by lush greenery. Our room was spacious with a stunning view of the lake, and the bathroom was spotless. the service was attentive and friendly. Breakfast offered a great range of delicious options. We enjoyed the modern spa facilities, especially the unique outside hot tub. Playing golf was an excellent experience, with beautiful views.

The restaurant could improve their wine prices.

Spent Easter weekend at a beautiful old mansion house surrounded by stunning countryside. Golf course and spa were top-notch, and the food was excellent. the spa was definitely worth the extra cost, with an outside hot tub overlooking the picturesque lake. the service was friendly and helpful, and the house sommelier was a great bonus for wine tastings. A truly relaxing and enjoyable break.

The rooms were small and outdated, with a lot of wear and tear. It was disappointing to see that some of the facilities like the restaurant and spa were not communicating with each other, causing confusion around bookings.

Beautiful location by the lake, definitely worth a visit for the views alone. Our room was cozy and romantic, perfect for a weekend escape with my partner. The breakfast spread was great with fresh options and a variety of hot and cold options. We appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi.

The staff wasn't very welcoming or informative, and the service at the restaurant was slow and lacking enthusiasm. We found the prices to be quite high for what was offered, especially as there were limited amenities, and we had to drive a long way for any form of entertainment or outside dining options.
